Cap Equity Locations and Local Non-Profit Making “Film Work” for Skid Row

Cap Equity Locations partners with the SRO Housing Corporation to facilitate filming at their locations in order to generate revenue for the program to fulfil its goals of preserving the housing stock for low-income individuals. SRO has done more than just develop and push for affordable housing, it has developed a strong community in the impoverished area of Skid Row.
