Challenge: When you list one of the most desirable penthouses in Beverly Hills, but the condo needs a hug, what do you do?   As an independent brokerage we were able to get the top 6 firms in Beverly Hills exposure to the property prior to going on the MLS.  We hosted two wine and cheese events to showcase the potential to designers and flippers. 

Results: In the end, the seller accepted a cash offer with a two week close.
