Cap Equity represents Wiz Khalifa in buying his $3.4mil contemporary home
Last year, Wiz Khalifa released his sixth studio album, “Rolling Papers 2,” which debuted at No.2 overall on the Billboard 200. Cap Equity Realty represented him on the purchase of his new contemporary home in Encino and was able to negotiate $100,000 off the asking price.
