LA City helps pay rent with their new Emergency Renters Relief Program

Tenants who qualify for the new relief program within eligible buildings will receive a subsidy from the government to cover the portion of increase above 9%. The rental subsidy will be paid directly to landlords. The new program is aimed to aid with housing stability for impacted areas.
